Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services made available through anyitem.cards (the "Platform") by Dynvora Global Technology Limited ("AnyItem", "we", "us"). By registering for an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, AML / KYC Policy, Fees Schedule and Risk Disclosure, each of which forms part of your agreement with us.
1. Our role
AnyItem operates the Platform and provides distribution, onboarding support and ongoing account servicing for prepaid card products.
Cards are issued by licensed financial institutions. AnyItem is not a bank, is not a licensed deposit-taking institution, and does not itself issue payment cards or hold client funds in its own name. The rights and obligations attaching to a card, including its authorisation, settlement and closure, are governed by the terms of the issuing institution, which are made available to you at the time of application. Where these Terms conflict with the issuing institution's terms in relation to the card itself, the issuing institution's terms prevail.
2. Eligibility
To open an account you must:
- be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- be a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party;
- be resident in a jurisdiction in which we offer services;
- not be a Restricted Person;
- complete identity verification to our satisfaction and to that of the issuing institution.
We may decline any application at our discretion and are not obliged to give reasons.
3. Geographic restrictions
Services are currently offered to residents of Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan and Malaysia only.
We do not offer services to, and you may not use the Platform if you are a resident of, a citizen of, or located in: the mainland of the People's Republic of China; the United States of America or any of its territories; any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union; and any jurisdiction we designate as restricted from time to time.
You may not use a VPN, proxy or any other means to misrepresent your location in order to access the Platform. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
A "Restricted Person" means any person who is subject to sanctions, is a designated person on any applicable sanctions list, or is otherwise prohibited from receiving the services under applicable law.
4. Account registration and verification
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You are required to complete customer due diligence in accordance with our AML / KYC Policy before any card is issued to you, and you may be required to complete enhanced due diligence at any time thereafter.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@anyitem.cards if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Funding and transactions
Card balances may be funded by the methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Funding is subject to limits, screening and, where applicable, source-of-funds enquiries.
Currency conversion, where it occurs, is applied at a rate based on prevailing market reference rates plus the margin set out in the Fees Schedule. Rates fluctuate, and the rate applied is the rate in effect at the time the transaction is processed, which may differ from the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
We may decline, delay, suspend or reverse a transaction where we or the issuing institution consider it necessary to comply with applicable law, to manage risk, or where the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorised or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the services in connection with:
- any unlawful activity, or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds;
- the purchase or sale of controlled substances, weapons, or other restricted goods;
- any activity that infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
- circumventing sanctions, capital controls, or tax obligations;
- any merchant category restricted by the issuing institution or the applicable payment network.
7. Fees
Fees are set out in the Fees Schedule, which forms part of these Terms. We may amend fees on not less than 30 days' notice, except where a change is required by law or by the issuing institution, in which case a shorter period may apply.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, where we are required to do so by law or by the issuing institution; where you breach these Terms; where we are unable to verify your identity or source of funds; where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or other financial crime; or where you are or become a Restricted Person.
On termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with the issuing institution's procedures, subject to any deductions permitted by law and to the completion of any required checks. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@anyitem.cards.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyItem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our aggregate liability in respect of any claim is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through the Platform not less than 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
